About 5 minutes ago the visitors counter on my GBlog hit 1,000 - Thank you to everyone who has visited it and a Special thank you to my lovely Followers, both on here and on my Crafters Page, which is at 824. I also have my www.samshomecookeddesigns.com blog which is attached to my website and web shop but is also my main blog attached to the SplodgeAway design team Blog. That blog has had 13,239 page views and 7,435 visitors. That is a lot isn't it? Not bad for a little old me who fumbled her way through setting up a blog, a website, and a Hub just over a year ago to see if I could start some kind of business in crafting.
So I have decided to try a personal challenge - For everyone who visits this or my www.samshomecookeddesigns.com blog and leaves a comment between now and Friday 14th September will be entered into my very first, self funded GIVEAWAY. With any comments/messages you leave please add the words "I'm entering your personal GIVEAWAY" The prize will be an 8by8 SplodgeAway Mat, but if you already have a mat I will replace the prize with a Splodge Layoutz mask. This is NOT a SplodgeAway official giveaway - it is a samshomecookeddesigns.com Giveaway!
The reason? I am trying to gain as many followers on here as I can and I am trying to get comments on my blog attached to my website. People are put off leaving a comment because they think they have to fill in all the details on the comments form, but all you have to fill in is the email box, this information will not be passed anywhere else or to anyone else. But it will help me to contact you to say you have won the prize!!!
PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ELIGABLE TO ENTER. are - Official SplodgeAway Team members, Joan, Dimps, anyone who owns a shop called Suzicraft (thats you Sue) my Husband, ??? unless he shares the prize with me.
So if this goes OK watch this space for more giveaways. I will leave you with some pictures to view as always - this is a project which was on TV for http://www.splodgeaway.com last week. Hope you like it, I have other cards on my main homecooked blog.
